The City of Parma and its Police Department should be incredibly proud of the accomplishments of this outstanding K9 team—truly a tough act to follow. As K9 Max approaches retirement, we are honored to welcome him into the Howling Heroes family. We’re proud to provide him with a well-deserved medical policy that will fully cover his healthcare needs throughout retirement.
Our K9 team was recently awarded a Meritorious Service Award in recognition of our dedication and impact. Together, we’ve made significant drug and currency seizures, located illegal firearms, and tracked and apprehended dangerous criminals. Our patrol work has included narcotics detection, handler protection, article searches, tracking, and criminal apprehension.
Join us in honoring the unwavering dedication of our Howling Heroes and supporting future K9 Guardian Award recipients by contributing to the VFR Foundation. Your generosity not only sustains our current heroes but paves the way for the training and support of future four-legged guardians.
Every contribution, no matter the size, amplifies the impact of these extraordinary animals and fortifies their ability to serve with distinction. Join us in championing their cause and making a tangible difference in the lives of these remarkable canines.
