The amount of bravery and commitment that it takes to run into a burning building is something that few people possess. These men and women, however, do it daily – risking their lives so that others can survive devastating disasters.

LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS AND DISPATCHERS
Law enforcement officers and Dispatchers constantly face the reality that they might not come home that night. They are trained to keep everyone safe in all situations and are constantly answering calls for help. But too often, the hard and dangerous work that they do goes unnoticed and unrecognized.

If you are a law enforcement personnel or Dispatcher, we notice you, we recognize you, and we are here to support you. Our programs and resources ensure you receive the help you deserve for all the hard work and sacrifices you have made for your communities.

LAW ENFORCEMENT & MILITARY K-9
K-9s (short for canines) have been used in civilian, law enforcement, and military missions for decades. These selfless and loyal K-9 companions are soldiers, officers, rescuers, and partners, but they are often overlooked by the communities they serve as well as the agencies and organizations that employ them.
At VFR, we recognize the critical role K-9s play in serving our citizens and our country. That’s why we created the Howling Heroes program. We know these working dogs are essential and deserve the utmost love and respect. Whether it is taking care of them through injuries or simply covering the expenses that come with caring for them long after their service concludes, we make sure no K-9s who serves are left behind.

FAMILIES OF THOSE WHO SERVE
There are many unique challenges that come with being a family member to someone who serves. Loved ones sacrifice a lot, and in many cases, do not receive the same access to support, resources, and care.
At VFR, we recognize the service and sacrifices you make as a member of a Military or First Responder family. Our dedicated programs are built to provide you and your family with unwavering support. We are here to help you work through your experiences, find community, and improve your quality of life.
