CRITICAL INCIDENT REBOOT PROGRAM
OUR SERVICES
COMPASSIONATE SUPPORT. PROVEN RECOVERY.
ONE STEP AT A TIME.
The VFR Foundation’s Crisis Intervention and Recovery Program (CIRP) is a comprehensive, confidential recovery process tailored specifically for first responders. Our multi-phase approach addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those who serve on the front lines.
1. First Contact
We respond within 24 hours.
Our CIRP team reaches out promptly—within one day of initial contact—ensuring timely, confidential support when it’s needed most. This immediate outreach builds trust and sets the foundation for the recovery journey.
2. Personalized Assessment
Recovery begins with understanding.
Every participant undergoes a thorough, holistic assessment designed to identify unique needs and challenges. From this, we develop a custom Reboot Plan—a step-by-step guide that fosters collaboration and integrated care across all aspects of healing.
3. Physical Relief & Restoration
Rest for the body. Preparation for the mind.
In our state-of-the-art healing room, participants experience focused physical relief to restore the body and create a calming foundation for emotional and mental recovery.
4. Coaching & Therapy
4–6 weeks of focused progress.
Participants engage in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), a results-oriented approach that encourages forward movement and measurable growth. Spiritual guidance and trusted referrals are included as needed to ensure full-spectrum care.
5. Nutrition Briefing & Wellness Planning
Fuel for healing.
We educate participants on the critical link between nutrition, rest, and recovery. A personalized nutrition plan is created, along with regular accountability check-ins to support overall wellness and resilience.
The CIRP program is more than recovery—it's a path to renewed strength and purpose.
